I agree! We have some sexy developments underway at The Gart this year to be launched for the 2020 season. I have always loved swimming, but can't say I'm overly fond of hot tubs. Imagine my excitement upon discovering the existence of Swim Spa. An amazing invention which incorporates high powered waterfall jets, bluetooth speakers, lights, heat and enough space to swim! It's against a current, but still this beautiful addition to humankind is 24 foot long. More than enough space to enjoy all of the above with a G&T (hmm an excuse for another wee gin bar 🤔😉 With this inspiration in mind we have spent the morning visualising where this would sit in the garden, what do you think?
Picture an evening with the sun setting over the hills, decking area with hammocks, a gazebo and seating area to chill out (literally, this is Scotland). All in perfect privacy overlooking the formal gardens, surrounding woodland and uninterupted views over Ben Ledi and The River Teith. Bliss 😍
Our other project this year is the summer house. It is beautiful in it's dilapidated state but in need of some tender loving renovation. With help from our neighbour and friend, Charlie Chick Allan and team at the Duncarron fort, we will be developing this area into an outside bar - as you can never have too many bars in your home right 🙄 Features will include another fire pit (great for keeping the summer midges at bay), bbq and outside dining area. Woohoo!
Whilst there is so much to see and do in Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. Famous for its dramatic scenery with mountains, lochs, forests, and glens to explore. Our mission and vision however is to make you feel so good you want to return to The Gart as soon as possible ;)
